Rural Space was founded by fitness trainer and hypnotherapist Vikki Heath in June 2009. It brings together 25 years of her knowledge and experience working widely within the health and fitness industry across the Midlands region.
“Our aim is to give every single client the tools to manage their thinking and to educate them on how their mind and body works so that they can live a physically and emotionally, happy, healthy life.”
