Barre Body Conditioning
Our newest class!
Barre Body Conditioning is a class that is done on our new ballet bar.
Classes are designed to tone your entire body, creating longer, leaner muscles. Using Ballet & Pilates exercises at the barre and on the mat to tone your muscles to create a stronger, more toned physique.
The class is appropriate for all levels of fitness and is a fun alternative to Pilates and Yoga with a little bit more upbeat intensity thrown in.
