Metabolic Effect is a class that uses resistance training to help you lose weight and inches from your body, improves muscle tone and increase your metabolism so that you body is burning rather than storing fat.

It is time to bring the science of weight loss out of the dark ages and apply a new understanding of exercise’s impact on hormones and metabolism.

There is an optimal state of hormonal balance that enhances utilization of the body’s fat stores; we call this the metabolic effect.

During the class your body will produce Cortisol, Human Growth Hormone, Adrenaline and testosterone which together make up a fat-burning ‘soup’ resulting in fat loss.

During one Metabolic Effect session you can produce enough hormones to keep your body in fat-burning mode for up to 48 hours after the session!

It is recommended that you do 3 Metabolic Effect classes per week for optimal results and after 4 weeks the average inch losses is a huge 10 inches!
