After an initial assessment to ensure you get the results you are looking for, we design an exercise programme that is not only achievable but also enjoyable.
We also look at your posture and give corrective exercises and if we think that you need more assessing we will refer you to a physiotherapist. We work with an elite team to ensure that you are well looked after. Our team includes male and female Personal Trainers, a Nutritional Therapist, Hypnotherapist, Physiotherapist and Massage Therapist. Most of our clients initially see us once or twice a week and we will give each client a few individual exercises to do at home – mainly postural exercises. We are also well equip to deal with emotional issues and eating/food disorders which mainly stem from low self esteem.
