Spinning classes are cardiovascular and can burn up to 500 calories per hour. So soon you’ll be in great shape and having fun at the same time.
We will be combining spinning with pilates for the ultimate ‘spinlates’ class, and spinning and gravity for ‘glide and ride’ classes.
We have a special adaptation that allows people with conditions like arthritis to enjoy spinning.
