When we are born, as long as our basic needs are met – food, warmth and love – our natural default is to be happy.
Happy children wake up early and embrace the day, they have that happy to be alive feeling, even when they seem to have very little, they appear to have no worries or stress.
Wouldn’t it be fantastic if we could all recapture that feeling and live our life to the full?
We often hear the phases “life is too short to worry” and “live life in the moment” But I would like you to ask yourself this question.
“If you could live your life infinitely (you would never die) exactly as it is right now. How would that make you feel? Full of joy or full of horror????
Overview – What’s involved in the MIND SPACE Programme
We will be identifying any areas of your life both professionally and personally that could be improved upon so that you can feel more in control, more resilient and have better coping skills, even in very stressful situations.
We will be looking at any limiting beliefs, unhelpful thoughts and habits you may have and challenging them so that you can choose to change them if you wish.
We will be looking at how our brain reacts to our thinking and how our nervous systems responds and sends messages to our body.
We will also be looking at our personality and why different personalities develop different symptoms. We will be identifying why some people are more stressed than others and why some people have the ability to bounce back after challenges whilst other don’t.
We will be looking at our thinking styles and our language and why choosing the right words is so important in managing our stress levels and also why social anxiety really holds us back from reaching our full potential.
Most importantly we will be learning the skills to enable change and how to build and maintain good self-worth and self–esteem so that we can change our limiting beliefs and lead a more authentic, exciting and happier life.
MIND SPACE is a 4-week course with sessions lasting 1 hour each time – the cost is £70 per hour.
