We thought that seeing as it’s a new year we would like to shake the timetable up a little bit and introduce some new classes!
Olit is one of the new classes we will be starting in February – Saturday mornings 10.30-11.30. It’s a fusion of Tia Chi, yoga & Pilates! Great if you want to relax and upwind (or maybe just escape life for a little while…!) It will improve your flexibility and posture plus help to create long toned muscles!
Ab Attack is another one! Pretty self explanatory; a 30 minute class focusing on improving your core, and creating tone and definition to your tummy! We will be using all kinds of equipment to make it fun and enjoyable! It will be on Mondays 7.30-8.00am & Wednesdays 8.00-8.30am for all you early birds!
We are also going to put Beginners Spinning on the timetable, these will be on a Monday 5.30-6.00pm and Tuesday 2.15-2.45pm, so if you think you’d like to have a go at spinning be are afraid it’s going to be too tough, start off with one of the beginners sessions to ease you in!
We are hosting an open day on the 7th February 9.30-3.30 so if you want to come along and see what we are all about, where we are and if you think it would be the sort of gym you would like to join, please come along and have a chat, and maybe even have a go at one of our taster classes!
