Functional and practical ways to put more movement into your daily life so that you can increase your strength, balance and flexibility. Small tweaks and daily 5 minute exercise blocks will significantly improve your life. It has been suggested that exercise keeps your brain healthy too. This session will include seated exercises and they can all be can be adapted to seated. £15 per person.
