Diastasis Recti
Diastasis Recti or abdominal separation usually happens after childbirth but can also happen post surgery or weight gain. Even if you have had this for years you can definitely make big improvements by doing the correct exercises and avoiding exercises that make it worse. One of my clients whose children are in their twenties saw massive improvements.

Can you put your socks on without sitting down? Can you stand on one leg for more than 10 seconds? This session will give you exercises and tips to maintain good ankle and foot health so that you feel more youthful and balanced.

How to switch off your overactive mind
Sometimes we just can’t seem to stop overthinking, it can really effect your life and it’s exhausting. We usually overthink as a desire for control, because we feel out of control about whatever it is we are worrying about and want to know what we would do if the worst case scenario happened. This rarely does happen but our brain reacts as if the worst case is actually happening right now and we get all the physical symptoms. This is an introduction as to why you might struggle to stop this habit of thinking and what you can do to help yourself stop doing it so that you feel more calm and relaxed.

Could your pelvic floor be too tight, did you know that the symptoms are similar to a weak pelvic floor. Learn the connection between your pelvis strength and stability , pelvic floor and core strength.
Foot & Ankle stability improve your balance
Our feet are usually the parts of our body we neglect the most but use the most. Often knee and hip problems start with problems in our feet and by addressing these we often find that pain eases significantly. If you suffer with problems in your feet and ankles or would just like to know how to improve your foot and ankle health and prevent any future problems then this workshop is for you. Did you know that each foot is made up of 26 bones, 30 joints and more than 100 muscles, tendons and ligaments which all work together to provide our balance and mobility.
Diastasis recti (abdominal separation)
This separation not only occurs to allow the growth of our baby whilst pregnant but also due to weight gain and the typical stress or beer belly. If it didn’t your baby or extra fat would crush your organs, so it absolutely necessary to some degree and usually repairs itself but if it hasn’t this workshop will really help. I have had amazing results with my PT clients who’s children are in their twenties. Discovery how to repair this and why sit-ups will only make it worse. £15 Per Person.
Active ageing
Functional and practical ways to put more movement into your daily life so that you can increase your strength, balance and flexibility. Small tweaks and daily 5 minute exercise blocks will significantly improve your life. It has been suggested that exercise keeps your brain healthy too. This session will include seated exercises and they can all be can be adapted to seated. £15 per person.
Mindful Pilates
Mindfulness with a difference combined with a meditative Pilates flow leaves you feeling amazing on the inside and out.
