Foot & Ankle stability improve your balance

Our feet are usually the parts of our body we neglect the most but use the most. Often knee and hip problems start with problems in our feet and by addressing these we often find that pain eases significantly. If you suffer with problems in your feet and ankles or would just like to know how to improve your foot and ankle health and prevent any future problems then this workshop is for you. Did you know that each foot is made up of 26 bones, 30 joints and more than 100 muscles, tendons and ligaments which all work together to provide our balance and mobility.
