Sometimes we just can’t seem to stop overthinking, it can really effect your life and it’s exhausting. We usually overthink as a desire for control, because we feel out of control about whatever it is we are worrying about and want to know what we would do if the worst case scenario happened. This rarely does happen but our brain reacts as if the worst case is actually happening right now and we get all the physical symptoms. This is an introduction as to why you might struggle to stop this habit of thinking and what you can do to help yourself stop doing it so that you feel more calm and relaxed.
